Suspects in NBRS Bank Robbery
(November 23, 2011 – Bel Air MD) Through a partnership between Maryland Association of Banks (MABS) and the FBI, Metro Crime Stoppers have increased the reward offer to up to $10,000 for any tips that lead to an arrest and conviction with regards to the NBRS bank robbery that occurred on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at approximately 8:20am. The National Bank of Rising Sun located in the 3500 block of Conowingo Road in Street, Maryland was robbed by two suspects.
The first suspect is described as 5'-7" to 5'-8" tall with blue eyes and the second suspect approximately 5'-11" tall. Both suspects were believed to be males, and thin in build. They wore dark colored form fitting shirts and dark pants. They carried a black canvas tote with wooden handles (carpentry style in nature). The suspects confronted the opening teller with a knife, demanded money and forced the teller to hand over an undisclosed amount of currency. The teller did receive a minor injury as the result of the robbery. Both suspects fled the scene on foot running to the rear of the bank.

MCS in conjunction with MABS has offered up to a $3,000 reward for tips leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved in this case. In addition the FBI has offered up to a $7,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
