[June 3, 2014, Edgewood, MD] - On Monday, June 2, 2014 at approximately 7:58pm, Harford County Sheriff's deputies responded to 3103 Mahonia Way, Edgewood, in regards to a 911 report of a shooting. Tanasha E. Siena, 35, called 911 telling police dispatchers she had shot her boyfriend, George S. Moore, 37, who lived at the same address, after being involved in a domestic altercation further reporting she had been assaulted by Moore.

Police arrived several minutes later and discovered Moore in a second floor bedroom. He had suffered gunshot wounds to the head and upper body. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Siena told police she was injured in the assault. She was transported to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center by paramedics from the Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company for evaluation of bruises and minor injuries. She was discharged several hours later.

Siena was interviewed by detectives and subsequently charged with 1st and 2nd degree murder, 1st degree assault and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. She is currently being held in the Harford County Detention Center without bond.
