Shooting Suspects Sought for Attempted Murder
(Belcamp, MD) — Harford County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting incident that occurred during the late night hours of Thursday, June 16 2005 in the 4400 block of Baneberry Road. Sheriff’s Office dispatch was first notified of the incident by Upper Chesapeake Medical Center Emergency staff when the victim, Stephon Nathaniel Epps sought medical attention for a gunshot wound to the groin area. When interviewed, Epps was less than cooperative and evasive with information only telling detectives that he was shot while riding in a vehicle with another male. However, due to the seriousness of the offense Sheriff’s Office detectives investigated further and developed additional leads that identified two suspects, Brain Okeith Norris, 20 and Richard Oneal Lindsey, 21 each having a LKA address in the 400 block of Holly Drive Aberdeen, MD.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Norris and Lindsey charging them with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, 1st Degree Assault and Armed Robbery. Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating both Norris and Lindsey who have no fixed addresses but are known to frequent the areas of Aberdeen and Edgewood.
Anyone having any information on the whereabouts of Norris and Lindsey are asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Fugitive Unit at 410-836-5457.
