Arrests Made in Auto Theft and Burglary Ring

(Harford County, MD – September 12, 2008) Harford County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police Joint Criminal Investigation Team have charged and arrested several individuals connected with the auto theft and burglary ring. Details are as follows:

Anthony Keith Page, age 32 of Edgewood MD has been charged with multiple counts of burglary 2nd degree, felony theft scheme and multiple counts of motor vehicle theft. He is being held in the Harford County Detention Center with no bail. He is suspected to be the ring leader of the auto theft and burglary ring.
Michael K. Peters, age 23 of Edgewood MD has been charged with motor vehicle theft, felony theft scheme. He is being held in the Harford County Detention Center with bonds totaling $ 350,000.
Kristin (Tourville) Peters, age 25 of Edgewood MD has been charged with conspiracy to commit theft and released on her own recognizance.
Juan Carlos Rodriguez, age 24 of Edgewood MD has been charged with motor vehicle theft and released on his own recognizance.
Brennen Spinks, age 31 of Edgewood MD - A warrant has been obtained by Harford County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of motor vehicle theft, multiple counts of theft over $ 500.00, felony theft scheme, several counts of theft under $ 100.00. Additionally, Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $ 2,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the Brennen Spinks. To be eligible for the reward, tipsters must call the 24 hour tip line at 1-866-7LOCKUP. Callers do not have to give their name nor appear in court. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

The successful results of this investigation are attributed to the cooperation and collaboration of the Maryland State Police and the Harford County Sheriff’s Office – Joint Criminal Investigation Team with assistance from the Regional

Auto Theft Taskforce (RATT). The arrests of these individuals are expected to clear multiple open burglary cases from both agencies.
