Suspect Identified and Sought in Edgewood Shooting

(Edgewood, MD – Thursday, May 15, 2008) — Harford County Sheriff’s Office detectives have identified and issued a warrant for the arrest of Waymond Lee Harrison Jr., 26 on charges of attempted murder; in the shooting of Gary Dashon Davenport, 28, that occurred on March 27, 2008 in the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive, Edgewood MD. Harrison is wanted in connection with this incident, as well as in the questioning of other incidents. Additionally, Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $ 2,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the Waymond Lee Harrison Jr., MCS# 00515081219. To be eligible for the reward, tipsters must call the 24 hour tip line at 1-866-7LOCKUP. Callers do not have to give their name nor appear in court. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
