Stolen Guns Recovered, Three Arrested

(Fallston, MD – May 13, 2008) — Harford County Sheriff’s deputies assisted by the Baltimore County Police Department have arrested three individuals in connection with a residential burglary and theft of guns.

On May 10, 2008 at approximately 7:15 pm, Harford County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of Dellwood Dr, Fallston, MD for a theft that had just occurred. Deputies made contact with the homeowner, William F. Weidman, III who advised Timothy Lee Jordan, 26, James Randall Jordan, 29, and Stephanie Day Buscaglia, 24, had just taken numerous tools from his garage while they were visiting. Earlier in the day Buscaglia contacted Weidman’s son by phone attempting to sell him a firearm. During this conversation, Buscaglia was invited to their home by Weidman’s son. Several tools having a value of more than $500.00 were taken by Buscaglia , Timothy Jordan, and James Jordan while they were at the Weidman home. All three individuals had left the home prior to deputies arriving.

A lookout was given for the vehicle the suspects were driving, a 1998 green Nissan Sentra, which was eventually located by Baltimore County Police in front of a room at the Colonial Motel on Pulaski Highway in the Essex area of Baltimore County. Baltimore County Officers made contact with Timothy Jordan, and James Jordan in one of the rooms at the hotel. During this contact Baltimore County Officers recovered ten firearms from the Jordans. Both Jordans were arrested by Baltimore County Police and are currently being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center. Further investigation revealed these firearms were stolen during a burglary which occurred on May 7, 2008 in the 100 block of Darlington Road, Darlington, MD.

After Harford County Sheriff’s detectives responded to Baltimore County to further investigate the crimes, they charged the following individuals in connection with the theft in Fallston and the burglary in Darlington:

  • Stephanie Day Buscaglia, 24, 500 block of Girard Street, Havre De Grace, Maryland. Buscaglia was charged with 1st Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Burglary, and Theft over $500.00. Buscaglia was arrested by deputies on May 12th and after a bond review the same day, is being held at the Harford County Detention Center on $10,000.00 bond.
  • Timothy Lee Jordan, 26, 2300 block of Post Road, Aberdeen, Maryland. A warrant for Jordan’s arrest has been issued charging him with 1st Degree Burglary and Theft over $500.00. Jordan is currently being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center.
  • James Randall Jordan, 29, 500 block of Girard Street, Havre De Grace, Maryland. A warrant for Jordan’s arrest has been issued charging him with 1st Degree Burglary and Theft over $500.00. Jordan is currently being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center.
