Warrant Issued for Second Suspect in Last Week's Harford County Kidnapping and Robbery

(Edgewood, MD. – May 10, 2008) — Harford County Sheriff’s Deputies have identified a second suspect in connection with the armed robbery and kidnapping that occurred early Monday morning on April 28, 2008 in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, Edgewood, MD. Harford County Sheriff’s Office detectives have identified and issued a warrant for the arrest of Brandon Evans Hart, 23 of Baltimore, MD on charges of armed robbery, armed carjacking, kidnapping, 1st degree assault and felony theft.

Already charged and being held on no bond at the Harford County Detention Center is Javan P. Moore, 21, of 1000 block of Scholfield Road in Aberdeen, MD. Moore is charged with armed robbery, armed carjacking, kidnapping, 1st degree assault and felony theft.

Additionally Harford County Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $ 1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the Brandon Evans Hart. To be eligible for the reward, tipsters must call the 24 hour tip line at 1-888-540-TIPS. Callers do not have to give their name nor appear in court. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
