Arrests Made in the Attack on a Pizza Delivery Man

(February 7, 2008, Harford County MD) — Today, Harford County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested and charged two juveniles in the brutal attack of a pizza deliveryman, which occurred on Saturday, February 2, 2008 in the 1400 block of Charlestown Drive in Edgewood, MD, just before midnight.

The victim, Kishor Kc, of Nottingham, MD in Baltimore County was attempting to deliver pizza, when he was attacked and robbed of an undetermined amount of cash, by individuals who fled the area. As a result of the attack, Mr. Kc was treated by paramedics from the Joppa Magnolia VFC and later flown to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore; where he is still listed in serious condition.

Through investigation, Harford County Sheriff Office Detectives discovered that robbery was the motive for the attack. Deputies arrested the two juveniles in connection with the crime. Both youths are charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Robbery, Assault 1st Degree, Reckless Endangerment And Conspiracy To Commit Robbery. The 13 year old was charged as a juvenile and is being detained by the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. The 15 year old male, Douglas O’Neil White Jr. of the 1400 block of Harford Square Drive has been waived to adult status. He was transported to the Harford County Detention Center for processing and is currently being held with no bond as the result of his initial hearing with the District Court Commissioner. His bond review is scheduled for Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 1:15pm at the District Court in Bel Air.
