Homicide Suspect Nicholas Porter Surrenders to Deputies

(Harford County, MD – August 26, 2007) — Wanted suspect, Nicholas Daron Porter, 27, voluntarily surrendered to Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday August 25, 2007. Harford County Sheriff’s Office Detectives obtained a First Degree Murder Conspiracy warrant for Porter, in reference to the August 11, 2007 shooting death of Samuel Horne. Porter marks the second suspect taken into custody within weeks of Horne’s homicide.

Porter is currently being held at the Harford County Detention Center in lieu of no bond pending his bond review on Monday August 27, 2007.
