Germuth, 18 of the 200 block of Wheeler School Road in Pylesville on Sunday, April 15, 2007 for a shooting incident that occurred in the 3300 block of Cedar Church Road in Darlington.

The victims, Brent Nicholson, 18 and his 17 year old female companion agreed to meet with Justin Hannah after he made several harassing telephone calls to the couple.
