Thieves Roll Off With Custom Chassis and Motor

Harford County Sheriff’s detectives are seeking information that will help them identify the persons responsible for the theft of custom chassis and motor. The theft occurred in early November, 2006 when the below pictured chassis and motor were removed from a garage in the 3300 bock of Level Road in Level, MD. The red primed 1941 Willy’s pro-street rolling chassis contained a Chevrolet 454 motor, 2 – chrome four barrel carburetors with a Big Al’s blower motor, 9” ford rear with coil over and four link, Wildwood brakes, and 29 ½” x 18 ½” Hoosier radials with torque-thruster rims.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Harford County Crime Solvers tip line at 1-888-540-TIPS. You must use the tip line to be eligible for a reward. If the information you provide leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000. You do not have to give your name or appear in court.
