Murder Suspect Sought in Edgewood Shooting

Victim Identified

(Bel Air, Md. – July 13, 2006) — The Harford County Sheriff's Office, Criminal Investigation Division is seeking the whereabouts of Kyvelle Jamaas Martin, 22 years of age, who is wanted for the murder of Kevin Harold. Rowlette, age 20 of the 1000 block of Starboard Court in Edgewood. Rowlette was shot in the face Wednesday afternoon at approximately 3:15 p.m.

Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant charging Martin with first degree murder in connection with the shooting. Martin’s last known address was the 1400 block of Harford Square Drive in Edgewood.

The shooting occurred following an alleged dispute between Martin and the victim.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5’ 9” tall, 205 lbs. with short black hair. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kyvelle Jamaas Martin is asked to contact the Harford County Sheriff's Office, Criminal Investigation Division at 410-836-5408.
